Fit and outcomes

7 questions

Who is Realead built for?

South African estate agencies, residential and commercial, and short-term rental agencies that want the marketing capability without having to build and manage it internally.

Developers and auction houses are served per project: development launches and sales campaigns, and auction marketing.

What do you mean by visibility?

Repeated professional presence before, during and between active property decisions.

Portals capture people who are already searching. Realead keeps the agency visible around that demand, so you are familiar by the time somebody decides who to call.

Will this sell properties or win mandates for us?

There is no guaranteed transaction, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Realead creates attention, familiarity and enquiry opportunities. Response time, qualification, local knowledge, pricing advice, follow-up and sales still determine whether any of it converts.

Do you work with individual agents or developers?

The monthly plans are structured around one agency brand, one office and one agreed local market.

Individual personal-brand work is a specialist scope, priced per project. Developments have their own offer: launches from R75,000 and sales campaigns of R8,500 to R15,000 a month.

Do you work with commercial, short-term rental and auction businesses?

Yes. Commercial and short-term rental agencies use the same plans and prices as residential agencies. For short-term rental agencies, Agent Marketing covers 15 properties, then R150 a month each.

Auction houses pay R4,500 per auction, or R8,500 a month for up to 10 lots, then R350 per lot.

What do you mean by a marketing function for the agency?

It means Realead runs the marketing work it delivers rather than waiting to be briefed campaign by campaign: the advertising, the listing content, the monthly reporting and the recommendation that closes it.

It does not mean Realead owns your agency's whole marketing agenda. Anything outside the agreed scope, including other channels, other markets or other offices, is scoped and priced separately before it starts.

Can Realead work alongside an internal marketing person?

Yes, provided the responsibilities are clear.

Realead can own the advertising and the content production while your internal person manages posting, community, approvals or wider brand work.

Advertising

6 questions

What is included in the R5,500 Agency Advertising plan?

One always-on Meta campaign system covering one brand, one office and one agreed local market, with up to two agreed campaign objectives live at once.

That includes creative, campaign management, optimisation, lead handoff and monthly reporting. Setup and platform spend are separate.

Advertising is priced for the agency. The number of agents you have never changes it.

Does Realead advertise individual agents?

No. Advertising is bought for the agency, its office and its agreed local market, and the price never moves with agent count.

An agent can appear as a representative of the agency, but the campaign belongs to and promotes the agency. Individual agent campaigns, agent-owned funnels and personal-brand advertising are not part of it.

The case for the agency being the advertising subject, and what each choice accumulates: agency, agent or listing.

Why is Meta standard and Google Search an add-on?

Meta creates repeat local visibility, including among people who are not actively searching today. That is the job the monthly plan exists to do.

Google Search serves active search intent instead. It is a different objective with its own budget, so it carries its own scoped commercial case.

How much platform spend do we need?

The guidance on the pricing page is R2,000 to R3,000 a month for brand visibility, R3,000 to R5,000 for seller leads, and R1,500 per listing for the period it is on the market.

Those are working levels, not guarantees. Spend is paid directly to the platform in your own account and is never marked up.

What moves the number, and why a small budget should not be split across objectives: setting a Meta advertising budget.

What is included in lead handoff?

One agreed destination for enquiries, routing and notifications so they reach a person, a basic response protocol, and a simple record of what came through.

It does not include qualifying, nurturing or chasing leads, booking appointments, or managing your CRM, inbox or sales process. Response and follow-up stay with your team.

Can you guarantee a number of leads?

No.

Volume and quality move with market, offer, spend, creative, timing and your own follow-up. A fixed lead promise would be dishonest, and anyone quoting you one is not being straight with you.

Agent marketing

9 questions

What is included in the R5,500 Agent Marketing plan?

Five active agent seats. Each active agent has capacity for up to 16 branded packs per calendar month, built from that agent's own current listings.

Packs arrive in agreed batches through one agreed team channel, ready for your agents to publish. Setup is separate and no ad spend is required.

What is an active agent seat?

One named agent on your roster for that month. Five seats are included, each additional active agent is R250 a month, and an agent added after onboarding carries a R450 once-off activation.

Seats are not shared or swapped between agents during a month, and removing one takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Does every agent automatically receive 16 packs?

No. Up to 16 is a capacity ceiling, not a quota or a weekly target.

What an agent actually receives depends on how many eligible current listings they have, whether the assets are usable, and how quickly the information reaches us. We do not invent filler to reach a number, and unused capacity does not carry over.

What makes a listing eligible, and what a production ceiling means in practice: listings into agent-ready content.

What content does Realead produce?

Listing-derived content only: current and new listings, price changes, open homes, status updates, and sold, let or under-offer results you supply.

Educational calendars, lifestyle posts, market commentary, general agency announcements and thought leadership are not part of standard scope. One pack is one branded feed post, one story and one caption.

Are branded documents and CMAs included?

Yes, in every residential and commercial plan: listing brochures, CMA reports, listing presentations and agency stationery, generated in your brand for every listing and every agent.

CMA reports are built from the comparable sales you export from your own property data subscription. Each is labelled a comparative market analysis, not a valuation, and carries no owners' names. Custom one-off design is quoted separately.

What must the agency supply?

A structured export of each active agent's current listings, the usable assets that go with them, and the approved agent roster, all through one agency-controlled intake.

You remain responsible for listing accuracy, mandate status, permissions and approved assets. We do not publish anything we cannot confirm.

Is Agent Marketing training or management for our agents?

No. It is production. We turn each active agent's current listings into finished assets, and the agency distributes them through one agreed channel.

Realead does not train agents, manage them, measure them or run a separate relationship with each one. Listings, assets and the approved roster all come through one agency-controlled intake and one accountable coordinator.

Does Realead post to our social accounts?

Standard scope produces and delivers finished assets. Your team publishes them.

Posting and community management can be scoped separately if you want that handled too.

Is this a personal-brand service for each agent?

No. Packs carry the responsible agent's name and approved contact details inside your brand system, which is ordinary listing attribution.

Content themes, positioning, thought leadership and anything built around an individual agent's personal brand are additional scope. One agent's listing is never presented as another agent's stock.

Pricing and scope

5 questions

What is included in The Realead System at R8,500?

Both services: agency-level advertising plus listing content for up to five active agent seats, for one brand, one office and one agreed local market.

Additional Agent Marketing seats are R250 a month each. Agency Advertising stays agency-level and is never multiplied by agent count. Setup, platform spend and any specialist work remain separate.

The two share one brand system, your agreed advertising objectives and the same eligible listing stock, and they are reported in one monthly summary. They keep separate allowances and separate outputs: advertising creative never consumes a content pack.

What is the R3,500 setup fee for?

The once-off work required before anything can run: connecting the working systems, establishing the brand and delivery rules, confirming scope, and preparing the advertising or content engine.

It is paid once, at the start.

What expands the standard scope?

Additional offices, additional markets, more active agent seats, personal-brand programmes, non-listing content, and Google Search.

Those are priced as fixed additions before the work starts, so nothing moves without you agreeing to it.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. The initial commitment is three months. After that, the agreement continues month to month.

The starting term gives the system a defined operating window. It is not a guarantee of a specific result by month three.

How is specialist work priced?

Against the actual project: deliverables, timeline, unit count and target market, after an initial conversation.

Development launches and auctions have published prices on the pricing page. Other specialist work is never included in a monthly plan and never sold off a generic rate card.

Process and ownership

7 questions

What happens during onboarding?

We confirm the market and objectives, agree the brand rules, arrange the access required, establish where current stock and activity come from, and agree the delivery channel your team will use.

That is the once-off setup, and it is what the setup fee covers.

Do you tell us what to market, or do we brief you?

Both, in that order. You set the commercial priority. We recommend where the effort should go against it, and every reporting cycle closes with one clear recommendation on the work we run: maintain, increase, change or stop, with the reason.

The recommendation covers the advertising and content Realead operates. Where it points at something outside the agreed scope, that is a scope decision you price and approve before anything starts.

Does this mean monthly strategy meetings?

No. There is no standing weekly or monthly status call in standard scope, and no strategy deck.

The direction arrives inside the monthly report you already receive. A call is arranged only when a real decision cannot be settled in writing.

How much time does this require from the agency?

Meaningful input during setup, timely access to the accounts involved, and one reliable source of current stock and activity.

After that, no standing weekly status meeting.

Who owns the ad account and campaign data?

You do. Your ad account, your pixel, your audiences, your data and your spend history.

Realead takes the access required to operate the work and never holds the system hostage.

How does reporting work?

Agency Advertising plans receive one clear campaign report at month end, covering relevant delivery, cost per result, audience movement and what is being changed when something underperforms.

Agent Marketing plans receive a delivery record against the agreed pack scope. Organic social performance reporting requires posting or account reporting to be separately scoped.

Run both and it is one monthly summary carrying the campaign reporting and the delivery record, with one recommendation, not two. Direct access to the person running the work stays available between reports.

Will our campaigns or results become Realead case studies?

Your campaigns, creative and results are private by default, and they remain yours.
