This notice explains what Realead collects through this website, why it is collected, how it is handled and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
The enquiry details you submit through the plan-request form: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, your agency or business name, your target market, and the answers you give about your team, stock, service requirement and indicative budget.
If you write something in the optional details field, that is sent with the rest of the enquiry.
When you submit the form, those details are validated and then sent to Realead as an email. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.
Why it is used
To assess whether Realead is a sensible fit for your situation, to respond to the request you sent, to prepare a scope and quote where it makes sense, and to protect this website against abuse and automated submissions.
Direct marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Separate permission is required before you would receive any marketing communication unrelated to the enquiry you sent.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered to Realead by email. It is read by Realead and by nobody else.
Two service providers necessarily handle it in transit: Vercel, which hosts this website and receives the submission, and Resend, which delivers the resulting email. Both process it only to perform that function.
Personal information is not sold.
How long it is kept
Only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage any relationship that results from it, or meet an obligation the law places on us.
Your choices
You can request access to the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is being used. Those requests can be sent using the contact details in section 08.
Cookies and analytics
No marketing or analytics tags load on this site while the configured identifiers remain empty, which is the case today. Nothing is tracked simply because the configuration fields exist.
If that changes, this notice and the consent behaviour of the site must both be updated before any such tag is allowed to load.
